Negative: Door codes didn’t work and after speaking with the owner he said to my face he would offer us a refund even though the cancellation policy said otherwise which was so nice. We had a family emergency and needed to stay elsewhere but turns out were promised something then ghosted on a response with no refund. So lame.

Perfect location, great hosts.
Positive: Great quiet location. Clean rooms
Negative: No AC system, though typically not needed for the area. We stayed during a heat wave, but only mid day was the room a little uncomfortable. By night it was perfect.

This is a small room with a shared kitchen in a fabulous neighborhood.

Negative: I had a question for the host that was never answered. That was a little frustrating.
